You might say I have a passion for real estate. New homes, old homes, beach homes, urban, suburban, rural, I am looking at it all, all the time. I’ll drop by real estate offices in small towns while on trips to look at the listings taped to the storefront windows. It's what I love.

I've been a successful realtor here in the bay area with dozens of deals per year, and a long list of very happy clients for the past 30 years. I've invested in real estate for myself as well as others, and have consulted for friends and family on their real estate transactions too. I'm always keeping a keen focus on the economy and market trends as well.
