Nancy Tangredi

I am an experienced sales professional with expertise in management, team building, sales training, and lead generation with an emphasis on strong customer relations and service. I am diligent, hardworking, knowledgeable, organized and proficient in sales and marketing; skills developed during my 25 year retail career. I have a strong work ethic and an instinctive entrepreneurial spirit. I have great communication skills and have always been proud of being a relationship builder. I received my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in April of 2016. In October of 2016 I received the Distinguished Service Award from Pinellas Realtor Organization as a recipient of The Good Neighbor Award for my work with Santa's Angels.

After a successful retail management career, I was offered the opportunity to utilize my extensive experience to help found a not-for-profit organization; Santa's Angels that provides Christmas to children and their families in Pinellas County, Florida. These experiences have been a great asset in successfully building my real estate business. 

My husband I have lived on the Pinellas County Beach community for almost 30 years . We sold our home of 28 years in Redington Beach; a small residential only beach community 2 years ago and now live in a waterfront condo in South Pasadena. We absolutely love our little piece of paradise. We are water people; having grown up on Long Island and owning a home in Grand Haven, Michigan on Lake Michigan.
