Randi, a former Division 1 basketball player with a B.A. in Marketing, moved to St. Petersburg in 2005. She started her career at General Electric and the oil industry before obtaining her real estate license in 2014. Since then, she has built a successful real estate business, including her own personal property management and investments.

Beyond her work, Randi enjoys social events, concerts, fitness, sports, and riding motorcycles. She is active in the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and the United Ostomy Associations of America. Her small dog, Mr. Charlie, often accompanies her to showings.
