With over 20 years of experience as a business owner and operator in Denver, Colorado, I built a strong foundation in construction, project management, and client relations. As the owner of a successful remodeling company, I specialized in transforming hotels, restaurants, big-box retailers, regional malls, country clubs, and private schools — delivering tailored solutions while expanding operations across three states.
In 2019, I relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, shifting my focus to beachfront property management and real estate. Working with property owners and investors along the Suncoast, I’ve gained extensive experience with HOAs, Airbnbs, and individual vacation rental properties. The portfolio includes everything from cozy beachfront cottages to luxury high-rise condominiums spanning Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Pass-a-Grille, and throughout the greater St. Petersburg area.
In 2024, I earned my Community Association Management (CAM) License, further expanding my expertise in property oversight and asset preservation. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the coastal and inland real estate markets unique to Southwest Florida.
