First, a little about me: I am an award winning and top producing Realtor at the Coldwell Banker, Siesta Key office in Sarasota, Florida. I am also licensed and practicing real estate in the Oakland County area of Michigan. I was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and spent many years in Ontario, Canada. I became a Sarasota resident at a much younger age ( early 20's ) than most who immigrate to Florida. I cannot speak enough about how it was an amazing choice to now call Sarasota home. At one point a "northern" friend of mine asked if I was ever going back. Is it really "that" perfect a place? She asked. My response was that it truly was only missing those "northern" friends. After many years, I have forged a great life here with many of those same types of relationships, have a family and guess what? Those 'northern' friends are now starting to gravitate towards this "perfect place" ( otherwise known as paradise ). I cannot overstate how great a place to live, Sarasota really is. We are the land of the top ten list. Number One Beach in the USA, one of the best places to retire, best family spring break destination, one of the best qualities of life and on and on. Life here has been hard work don't get me wrong, but I was always and still am willing to put it in. Not just for me but for you as well. I found this willingness many years ago from the many sports I played, football, hockey, baseball, basketball and golf and have translated many of those lessons to my every day life as an adult. They not only benefit me, but you as well. I don't need to be the number one Realtor in the world, I just need to be the number one Realtor in YOUR world!

Buying and selling a home can be a stressful event, even when the end result is extremely satisfying. The process can become even more daunting from hundreds, if not thousands of miles away.
