Scott & Jan Langa - About Us

We are both originally from the Midwest. We have 2 beautiful daughters. One is 26 and still lives in the St. Louis area with her 4 year old (our spunky grandson). Our 14 year old beauty lives with us here in Sarasota – although she has special needs, we are the ones who are blessed.

Jan started a promotional marketing, embroidery, and screen printing business in 1997. Through aggressive marketing and a strong commitment to customer service, her business grew every year since its inception – even through the depressed economy.

Scott owned a flight school, aviation service and aircraft sales business (which included transactions of corporate jets and turbo props) for a number of years prior to going into real estate. Through a nation-wide internet marketing campaign and a very systematic follow up system, the business became one of the largest flight schools in the Midwest.
