Relocation is a deeply personal, multifaceted journey, and it’s true that you can’t fully understand it until you’ve experienced it firsthand. Having personally relocated from out of state, with my family of four, I bring practical insight that allows me to help individuals and families successfully manage this transition. I know that attention to even the smallest details is key to a smooth transition.

Before becoming a Licensed Realtor®, I spent more than 20 years as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Wagner College and my Master of Occupational Therapy from New York University. Throughout my healthcare career, I worked in early intervention programs, private outpatient clinics, and educational settings, helping children and families thrive. This background gave me a deep understanding of how important it is to find the right home, community, and environment to support a family’s needs.

My transition into real estate has been a natural extension of that work combining my passion for helping others with my love for homes and lifestyle focused living. Higher education and professional growth are very important to me, and in 2024 I proudly earned my Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, a distinction held by only a select group of Realtors.

Joining Coldwell Banker has allowed me to leverage industry-leading tools and resources while dedicating even more time and attention to my clients. In 2025, I furthered my learning and completed both The Luxury Property Specialist (LPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing (CLHMS) Designations and received the million-dollar GUILD recognition. All of this continued education is driven by my commitment to my clients and provides me with a competitive edge in today’s market.

I guide my customers through every step of the process, from search to contract to closing and beyond, always providing clear communication, expert guidance, and a “what to expect” approach that reduces stress and builds confidence. I save my clients time and money through skilled negotiation, strong networking, and creative marketing strategies, including social media, where I actively connect buyers with listings. I also regularly tour new construction communities and maintain strong relationships with on-site sales teams to stay informed about current and upcoming opportunities. My experience includes land lots, luxury condominiums, resale and new construction homes, custom home construction, estate properties, and luxury waterfront residences. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog. We raised and educated our children in Florida from middle school onward, and our eldest is currently attending the University of Florida. Go Gators! In my free time, I enjoy cooking, discovering local restaurants, and spending weekends boating on the Intracoastal Waterway or exploring the Gulf of Mexico.
