After years spent in the arts it became evident that though glamorous, my work as Arts Writer/Critic for Atlanta's major papers and magazines, and as a college art instructor, were not going to be lucrative careers.

Along the way, I saved every penny possible and invested in real estate owning ultimately two twelve (12) unit apartment buildings, numerous duplexes, and single family homes. These properties I managed myself and learned a lot about human nature.

It was through real estate that I was able to achieve wealth. And it is that experience, through those many years of buying and selling, that I share now. I've had the opportunity to work with wonderful people from young singles, to seniors who think young.

To date, I've assisted in buying/selling property on Longboat Key up to Lakewood Ranch, from South of Clark to North of University...and even down to North Port and Port Charlotte. On a monthly basis I personally visit dozens of homes to keep aware of pricing vs. product, and on a daily basis I review listings and constantly work with my database of buyers and sellers worldwide to find what works for them financially. By the time we meet, most of the work is done. What's left is simply making dreams come true.
