Keith Redding

Over a 20-plus-year career, Keith Redding has been responsible for more than $700 million in real estate transactions, placing him among the top 1% of Realtors in the Sarasota area. His clients range from luxury buyers and sellers to investors, developers, builders, private equity groups, hedge funds, and government agencies, and they rely on the same things: deep market knowledge, sharp business judgment, and a network that opens doors most agents can't.

Keith specializes in confidential transactions and has represented many of the region's best-known athletes, coaches, and celebrities. He's equally at home in off-market deals, where discretion, relationships, and precise negotiation make the difference, and he has built his reputation on delivering results in exactly those situations.

He also knows the business from the ownership side. In 2009, Keith co-founded Key Solutions Real Estate and grew it to more than 60 employees and agents across three locations before he and his partner sold the company in 2021 to William Raveis, the largest family-owned brokerage in the country. That experience building and running a firm shapes how he advises clients on strategy, timing, and value.

Originally from Ohio, Keith made Sarasota home in 2004, drawn by its lifestyle and sense of community. When he's not working, you'll find him outdoors with his wife and their two children, out on the golf course, or cheering on his favorite teams.
