Kelly Baldwin

A native Floridian with a wealth of market knowledge, Kelly brings a fresh perspective and proven results to every real estate experience. A specialist in new construction and waterfront properties from Anna Maria to Boca Grande, she enjoys working with first-time buyers and seasoned sellers alike with sales ranging from $125,000 to over $11 million.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Kelly went on to work in marketing and event management, developing a sophisticated skillset that translated perfectly to the real estate business. A rising star at Michael Saunders Company's St. Armands Circle office, Kelly was selected as an honoree for the National Association of Realtor's Realtor Magazine’s “30 Under 30” in 2016. In 2018, she transitioned her business to Coldwell Banker Realty. Based out of the company's prestigious and top-ranked Downtown Sarasota office, she is excited to continue serving customers with the enhanced support of Coldwell Banker's national and local strength in advertising, marketing, and technology. Since being at Coldwell Banker, Kelly has received many accolades including International President's Elite and Florida Top 100. She also set a record for the highest priced condo sale ever in the area.

Kelly proactively supports the local community through organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast, Child Protection Center, and Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center. She lives in Sarasota with her husband and three children. Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys traveling, boating, and playing tennis.
