Kristin made the move to the Sarasota area over a decade ago as a bar manager from the St.Louis area.  Since the move she has fully submerged herself into the Florida lifestyle.  

   Kristin has a strong background in social media marketing and has worked with many local bars, restaurants, and events.  She has a passion for community and likes to help promote new local events and businesses.  She is also active in local chapters of Big Brothers Big Sisters and Ducks Unlimited.  Save the wetlands!

   Soon after moving, Kristin invested in her first paddle board.  In her free time you might catch her out on the intracoastal, at the beach with her family, checking out a new restaurant, or at a local event.  Kristin’s boyfriend is a local - born and raised in the area.  He owns and operates Blue Water Painting, a premium residential and commercial painting company.   Together they have 4 kids that range from 8-19.  Questions about schools in the area?  She’s got answers, and a network of moms with first hand experience!

   Kristin is a 2nd generation Realtor and works closely with both her parents who are top producing agents in their office for the past 10 years.   Kristin’s enthusiasm, creative marketing, and extensive area knowledge make her the ideal choice when buying or selling in the area.  Relocating?
