Kristina Prather

Kristina was born and raised in Ohio but relocated to Sarasota with her husband and three children. Her midwest charm and likability, along with being an excellent communicator, makes her efficient at relating with individuals at all levels.  Being a transplant, she quickly found herself becoming a helpful resource for new transplants and individuals visiting the Sarasota area. She has always had an appreciation for beautiful homes, but also an eye for what can "become" beautiful.  Owning rental properties, and working alongside her husband buying, selling, and flipping multiple properties has given her experience in real estate even before she had became a licensed agent. 

Kristina's reputation proceeds her; for being honest, loyal, hardworking, reliable, and having attention to detail which has brought her repeat clients and investors. Kristina is very familiar with Casey Key, Siesta Key, and Manasota Key. She owns a home on Casey Key and another just over the bridge from Manasota Key giving her a knowledge and familiarity with the areas. She has strong family ties to Siesta Key, with her husband's grandfather having been a prominent developer in the area. This deep-rooted connection enhances her intimate knowledge and passion for the local real estate market.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating the beautiful intercostal waterways, visiting our top-rated beaches, traveling, shopping, and eating at Sarasota's fine dining establishments.
