Career In Real Estate

In addition to being a professional full time realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate since 2002, personally I have been buying,renovating and selling Sarasota real estate since 1987.Projects have included properties West of the Trail, Cherokee Park, Downtown,Siesta Key,Lido Shores and Southgate.I have been a member of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society since 2003,an award presented to the top twenty four percent of the more than 105,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally for outstanding sales preformance. In 2005 I became a member of the International Diamond Society, an award presented to the top 15 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates.

Personal Life

In 1969 my family moved to Sarasota from Chicago, I was 10 years old. After graduating Sarasota High School in 1977 I pursued a career in photography and had the opportunity of living, working, and traveling in many countries throughout the world. Throughout my photography career I had the pleasure of working with such celebrities as Sting, Lauren Hutton, Kevin Bacon, Walter Cronkite, Marlee Matlin, Mark Walberg, John Taturo, Michael Richards, David Spade, Treat Williams, Rob Schneider, Adam Sandler, Florence Griffith Joyner, Shannon Doherty, Gore Vidal, Kenny G, Spike Lee, The Nevil Brothers, Debbie Mazar, and William Baldwin. I have been married to my wife Kim for 18 years and have an amazing 17 year old daughter Katherine, who currently attends Pineview School.

A love of architecture, a passion for art, with an eye for detail and aesthetics comes from 15 years as a photographer in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Paris, and London. A resident of Sarasota since 1969, and now back home, my experience as a Real Estate Agent comes from the past 12 years of representing hundreds of buyers and sellers with client-focused, research-driven, professional service.
