Rachel purchased her first house, in Devon England as she turned 20 and has been in love with the property market ever since. Within a year she would become a Landlord renting her house out while she traveled the world. By 2001 she was flipping houses in Washington DC, before 'Flip it” or “Property Brothers” made it cool. She purchased her first Florida Property in 2003, a year later earned her Florida Real Estate license and made Sarasota home.
