Robbie McLoughlin grew up in Sarasota, spending most of his life around Siesta Key, where he
began building homes at the age of 18. Although originally a carpenter by trade, Robbie found a
position as a superintendent for residential developments throughout Sarasota, overseeing
multiple projects on behalf of the builder to ensure the highest standards of quality. His
background in property construction provided an excellent foundation for his career as a Realtor
which began in 2012. This unparalleled combination of innate local knowledge and hands-on
experience gives his customers a unique edge when it comes to navigating real estate in the area.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, he obtained the highly sought after GRI designation, and enjoys
assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
