Sharon Osborne brings 28 years of Florida real estate experience, helping buyers and sellers navigate new construction, waterfront homes, condominiums and residential properties with confidence. She began her career in Fort Myers selling new construction for a developer before expanding into general real estate. Now living in Central Sarasota, Sharon gained valuable insight into the home building process through her husband's work as a custom home builder. Combined with her personal experience living on the water. she has developed an extensive knowledge of Sarasota County's waterfront communities, the Intracoastal Waterway, canals and the coastal lifestyle. Known for strong negotiation skills and calm, client-focused approach, Sharon is dedicated to making every real estate transaction as smooth and stress free as possible.
