Since 1981 I have called the west coast of Florida home! After almost 25 years as a successful restaurant owner in Bradenton Beach, FL, I transitioned into finance, starting my own financial firm serving clients investment needs and 401k plans. After selling the firm to my partner I followed my interest in commercial real estate, where I renovated, bought and sold properties along with doing 1031 exchanges.

I have been on both sides of a business deal, and have developed strong negotiation skills, having negotiated buy and sell deals, contracts and leases with tenants and landlords along with property management.
