Hello there! I'm Tom.  I am a dedicated real estate professional in Sarasota, FL. with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.  I bring a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and personalized service to every transaction.

With over 40 years of knowledge about the Sarasota real estate market, I have a deep understanding of local neighborhoods, market conditions, and the art of negotiation. Having been a real estate investor in both Arizona and California, I bring valuable experience to the table and work tirelessly to deliver the best possible results for my clients.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I spent over 30 years as a corporate marketing professional in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. This professional experience has shaped my commitment to delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance throughout the real estate process.

As an expert in the local real estate market, I offer a wealth of knowledge about Sarasota's communities, current market conditions, and the home buying and selling process. My goal is to provide exceptional service at every step, exceeding your expectations and ensuring a smooth transaction.

Beyond my dedication to real estate, I am deeply involved in the Sarasota community. I am an active patron and volunteer at esteemed organizations such as the Asolo Reparatory Theater, The Players Centre of Performing Arts, Circus Arts Conservatory, and Odyssey Theatre. Additionally, I serve on the Board of Directors of the Family Safety Alliance and am a committee member at the Sarasota Behavioral Health Consortium. My involvement extends to being an active choir member at the Church of St. Patrick.

On a personal note, when I'm not selling real estate, my family and I are avid college sports fans. We enjoy traveling, kayaking, golfing, and relaxing on the beach. Originally from Michigan, I attended the University of Michigan and proudly support the Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!
