I’m Gladys Stellato, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, serving buyers and sellers throughout Martin County and the Treasure Coast of Florida, including Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound, and Port St. Lucie.

I began my real estate career in August 2022, and from the start, I’ve focused on building my business the right way — through relationships, trust, and consistent communication. I may be hands-on in every transaction, but my goal is always the same: to make the process feel smooth, clear, and as stress-free as possible for my clients.

Real estate can feel overwhelming, so I take a calm, steady approach. I stay involved in every detail of the transaction and make sure my clients are informed at every step, without feeling pressured or confused. My clients know they can count on me to stay on top of everything so they don’t have to worry about what’s next.

One of my strongest skills is negotiation. I advocate for my clients with confidence while staying level-headed and solution-focused, even in challenging situations. I believe that being calm under pressure leads to better decisions and better results.

I work with both buyers and sellers across the Treasure Coast. Whether someone is purchasing their first home in Port St. Lucie, moving up in Stuart, or selling in Palm City or Hobe Sound, I bring local knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting their best interests.
