Karla is a proven gem in the real estate industry with three Associate Broker licenses – a step up from a sales license and no-easy-feat in three different states, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Florida. She started her career at Baird and Warner (Chicagoland), topping the charts at number 6 out of 1800 agents. Later moved to Cape Cod (Massachusetts) where she topped the Cape’s “Top 200” as both a seller and buyer’s agent. Then asked to rally the sales performance, as the GMAC Office Branch Manager, of two declining offices. Once again, another win-win for her customers and her 100+ agent team.

Since Karla and her husband were all about selling lifestyles, she later opened Cape Lifestyles Realty at Allen Harbor Marina, in Harwich Port, Massachusetts, where her husband ran a fishing charter business, Sportfish the Cape Charters. This proved that selling a lifestyle was equally important when purchasing a home, and something that becomes even more central when moving to sunny Florida.

Locally planted in South Florida year-round since 2010, Karla knows all about the nuances of downsizing (or upsizing) and moving to a new location.
