Born and raised in South Brazil, Felipe pursued his law degree before embarking on a journey to the United States. He moved to the US to study English at the University of Maine and Nassau Community College in Long Island, New York.

In 2021, Felipe found himself drawn to the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida. Immersed in its diverse neighborhoods and communities, he discovered his passion for real estate in the beautiful Sunshine State.
