More about Mary McQuinn

As a Certified Relocation Specialist, Mary has assisted employees from many Fortune 500 companies on their relocation into and out of the Tampa Bay area, including serving as the lead Realtor when  Computer Associates (now CA Technologies) moved their customer service and operations functions to Tampa.  Other name-brand companies she has worked with include the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Amgen, PWC, Microsoft, USAA, Sirva Relocation, Capital One, Best Buy, CVS, General Electric, ConAgra Foods, E-Trade, Verizon, Duke Energy, and Bausch & Lomb, to name a few.

With her "you first" service attitude and vibrant personality, Mary quickly builds relationships with her clients that stand the test of time, as evidenced by the high number who returned to her time and again when the time came to buy or sell property.  As the daughter and sister of military veterans, Mary has a strong affinity for and connection with those who defend our country, which has led her to develop a specialty in military relocations.

Mary's customer-centric approach enables her to provide high-value counsel to both sellers and buyers that consistently exceeds their expectations.  This has been a key factor in her having placed in the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide in multiple years.

In addition, Mary has been active in the West Park Village Homeowners Association in Westchase for many years, including serving as the President of the Association.  Prior to that, for several years she was a selected member of the Westchase Advisory Board that helped educate  builders on buyers'  needs, which ultimately contributed to the trajectory of the community.
