Sharisma immense networking capabilities had landed her with Real Estate connections in over 35 states throughout the US, and as a result, she was awarded Coldwell Banker's Top Referral Agent for the region in 2018. Originally from the Bahamas, Sharisma dreamed about working in Real Estate from the age of 5. As a child, she spent Sundays with her mother touring beautiful neighbourhoods and attending several open houses. It was those memories that transformed her dreams into a passion, a passion that facilitates fervent efforts in helping you achieve your homeownership dream.

Upon graduating from Savannah State University with a Bachelor in Mass Communications, she worked in Sales and Internet Research, where she developed knowledge of internet algorithms and its' association with scrupulous marketing. This in-depth knowledge provides her with the capability to market your home on over 900 websites including social media, giving your home potential international recognition. Sharisma also previously working as a Brand Ambassador in over 40 marketing campaigns for several Fortune 500 companies. It was in this capacity, where she developed an understanding and experience in aggressive social media marketing.

In addition to volunteering for Feeding Children Everywhere/ U.S. Hunger project, she is an active street team member for the MS Association of America and regularly donates to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, exercising, watching sports and spending time with her husband, 2 children, pet dog and pet cat.
