Ted Grillo

Ted J. Grillo is a full-time real estate professional who obtained his license in 2003. He has extensive knowledge about the Tampa Bay area residential and investment property market. Ted provides his clients with a strong work ethic, high level of professionalism, and attention to detail. Combined with his networking and marketing skills along with his private business experience, this has contributed to his highly successful real estate business. Ted’s services include market value analysis, property searches, marketing, contract negotiation, contract management and coordination of closing schedules.

Since 2003, Ted has built a highly successful real estate business serving and assisting customers to achieve their real estate goals. Ted is a seasoned agent that has reliably provided innovative services to buyers, sellers, investors, and the commercial services group despite changing real estate market conditions. He has assisted both individuals and investors to market and sell their properties effectively, profitably, and in a timely manner. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Ted graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Geography. His private business experience has included Operations Manager, Director of Utility Services, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Energy for two major geographic information technology companies in North America.

Outside of real estate, Ted is actively involved with Indian Motorcycle Riders Group chapters in the Tampa Bay area, Salsa dancing, Pickle Ball and various charities, in addition to being a supporting alumnus at the University of South Florida.
