Experience the best of Wellen Park Wellen Park's downtown area, also known as Downtown Wellen, is designed to be a vibrant hub of activity, blending retail, dining, entertainment, and outdoor experiences. The Tiki Bar, pickle ball and tennis courts will be ready in August, the fitness center will be available in September and the community club pool will be ready in November.
