About me:

I'm a Florida native and a longtime Venice resident. I grew up in Land O' Lakes, Florida, surrounded by cow pastures, orange trees, and lakes galore. I left that all behind in 1998, when I made the best decision of my life, to move to the quaint City on the Gulf, beautiful Venice! Needless to say, I have not looked back. I'm extremely passionate about Venice and Sarasota County, and that is what led me to pursue a career in real estate. I am also a very compassionate person and LOVE helping others. I feel that this trait and need to make sure my customers are 100% happy, along with honesty integrity has helped me build a strong customer base, 5 STAR Rating and great network of referrals from past customers and friends. Prior to becoming a Realtorreg;, I worked for the Sarasota County Property Appraiser's office, as a Residential Property Appraiser. This experience has made me an expert in property valuation. I am able to share all of this knowledge with my customers, leaving you with a true understanding of property assessment and taxation. My previous experience also includes managing a family owned and operated Construction Company, which provides me with knowledge in building, new construction, remodeling, and quality of construction. I know Venice and the surrounding areas from top to bottom. I take pride in providing excellent customer service and work hard from start to finish. Making sure that your real estate transaction is as smooth as possible is my TOP priority. I LOVE VENICE and know you will too!
