I entered real estate after my wife and I had a difficult experience where we were misled, and I promised I’d never let another family go through the same. That commitment still drives me today. My mission is to guide relocating families, middle‑class buyers, and seniors with honesty, clarity, and genuine care.

I chose to call Venice home because of Florida’s beauty and its unmatched lifestyle—great food, outdoor activities, and a welcoming community. I bring energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every client I serve. After retiring from Law Enforcement and working as a PGA Golf Professional, I’ve made real estate my full‑time passion. Golf, fishing, and staying active remain part of my life, but helping people find the right home is what I love most.
