I have been a certified residential real estate appraiser, real estate broker, and insurance broker in New York City. I hold a Florida 2-20 property and casualty insurance broker's license, a Florida 6-20 insurance adjuster's license, and am a Florida notary, online notary, and a notary closing agent. I speak Haitian Creole fluently and am conversant in French and Spanish.
