Paula Lanahan

Paula Lanahan is a dedicated Realtor with a passion for guiding clients through the often intricate process of buying and selling homes.  Having experienced numerous relocations herself, Paula understands the challenges and emotions involved in making such significant life decisions.  Her goal is to ensure each transition is not only satisfying but also fulfilling and rewarding for her clients.

Growing up on the Illinois side of St. Louis and currently residing in Pembroke Pines, Paula brings a unique perspective to her work.  Her strong background in customer service allows her to connect genuinely with people, ensuring that their needs are met with honesty, compassion, and dedication.

In addition to her real estate career, Paula is actively involved in her community.  She volunteers at her church, contributing to small groups and women’s ministry initiatives.  Was designated as the Vice President of her Ladies Golf League.  As the facilitator for the Florida Atlantic University Swim & Dive Team’s parent information and support group, Paula leverages her organizational skills to help fellow parents navigate the demands of the competitive swim environment, a role that resonates deeply as her daughter is a swimmer.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Paula enjoys golfing, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time at the beach.  With her extensive and heartfelt approach, Paula Lanahan is committed to making the journey of home buying and selling an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all her clients.
