Rose Sklar

I’m Rose Sklar, Founder of the Sklar Team, and I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 1989. Originally from New Jersey, I earned my degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Rutgers University. Early in my career, I served as Catering Sales Director at a country club, where I developed a strong foundation in marketing, negotiation, and client experience. That background shaped my approach to real estate and made my transition into the industry a natural progression.

My husband, Dean, and I relocated to Weston, where we raised our two children in the city’s top-rated schools. Living the Weston lifestyle firsthand allowed me to build deep roots in the community and develop an extensive network of high-end buyers and sellers. I don’t just sell Weston. I live it. My knowledge of the city, its neighborhoods, and its market dynamics comes from decades of hands-on experience and is widely recognized.

Having relocated myself, I’m especially passionate about helping families navigate moves and new beginnings. My greatest strength lies in listing strategy, advising clients on preparation, staging, pricing, and the creation of marketing plans designed to generate strong demand and achieve top value. I’m known for a thoughtful, data-driven approach paired with a strong understanding of buyer psychology at the luxury level.

Together with Dean, I lead the Sklar Team, a high-performing luxury real estate team with a long-standing record of results in Weston and throughout Broward County. Our listings are positioned on a global stage to ensure maximum exposure and strong outcomes. Over the course of our careers, we’ve closed more than $2 billion in sales, driven by a relentless commitment to excellence and to helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.

Dean and I have been the number one agents in the City of Weston for eighteen consecutive years. We have ranked as the number one Coldwell Banker Large Team in Broward County for closed sales volume since 2018. Nationally, the Sklar Team is ranked among the top Large Teams in the United States and was ranked number three in Florida last year, according to The Wall Street Journal RealTrends.

I’m a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and serve as a national spokesperson for the Coldwell Banker RealVitalize® program. I’m a frequent panelist, podcast guest, and contributor to multiple publications, sharing insights on luxury real estate, market trends, and seller strategy. My leadership and community involvement include serving on the executive boards of the Master Broker Forum, the Weston Music Society, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and the South Florida Mental Wellness Summit & Expo. I’m also proud to have been named Mother of the Year.
