Sue chose Real Estate as her career because it combined both of her major areas of study at Florida Southern College-Finance and Marketing. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 1982 Sue went to work for a savings and loan association in Pompano Beach for two years. In 1984 Sue decided to leave her position in banking and pursue a career in Real Estate.

She began her career with a local Real Estate firm before moving to Coldwell Banker, an international company that had the world to offer Sue as her market. She chose Coldwell Banker because it was the most professional of the real estate firms. Its heritage, brand name recognition, training, and marketing tools were a clear choice to grow her career.

Sue is passionate about helping people with their biggest financial transaction of their lives, the purchase or sale of their home. Buying and selling a home is emotional no matter what side you’re on. Sue is sensitive to both sides and prides herself in customer relations by keeping the lines of communication always open. I grew up with the golden rule, “Treat people the way you would want to be treated” and I try to uphold that motto in all of my business transactions.

Sue, a native Floridian, has lived in Broward County for forty five years and in her hometown of Plantation for the past 32 years. Sue works primarily in Broward County and Southern Palm Beach County but has been known to venture as far north as West Palm Beach.
