Susan Brown

Susan is the definition of  a hard worker, with tons of energy and the highest of integrity. She grew up in the smallest state in the nation- Rhode Island (not an island) and moved to Florida in her 20's. She is married to a veteran who served 20 years in the US Army before making their home in Winter Haven Florida. She is the package and understands the busy home with having 6 kids and 5 grandkids- they know busy! So with a crew like that she understands the move and details and loves helping relocation clients! She believes one of the best things in life is to hear and see her children succeed and strive for the best. The bigger cheerleader to her kids with all the older ones having achieved home ownership- her daughter also bought a home before she turned 20!! Proving with a little hard work and determination- homeownership is STILL possible! She believes hard work, dedication, knowledge, and honesty will make you go far in life. She has worked with buyers and sellers having being licensed in Iowa and Illinois previously before adding Florida to her expertise she has a great understanding and a compassion for the move. She utilizes her experiences in buying (bought her first home at 18) and having a great agent that made it possible to ignite her passion and drive in real estate to make home ownership a possibility for all.
On her down time she has a solid love for the warmth and the beach and loves to travel, most recently having gone to Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, London, Italy, Greece,Croatia, Alaska! And she has many plans more for travel and family time.
