Hugo Hernandez

For more than 40 years, Hugo Hernandez has called Central Florida home. He and his wife have raised three children here, and over the decades Hugo has watched Orlando and its surrounding communities grow into some of the most vibrant and diverse places to live in the country. Today, he's proud to help buyers, sellers, and investors find their place in a region he knows so well — one full of unique neighborhoods, each with something special to offer.

Originally from Mexico City, Hugo moved to Orlando in 1984 with a degree in business management. He went on to build a career in non-profit business and finance, working with organizations such as We Care Crisis Center, LifeLine of Central Florida, Better Living For Seniors, and Meals on Wheels Etc. — work that gave him a deep understanding of how to serve and support the community. That finance and business background now shapes the way he approaches real estate, giving him a sharp eye for budgeting, bank approvals, and transaction timelines. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Hugo's commitment to Central Florida extends well beyond real estate. He has served as President and a longtime member of the Kiwanis Club of Central Florida for over 25 years, is a member of the Knights of Columbus, and serves on the board of Casa de Mexico of Central Florida. Outside of work, he stays active with spinning class and fitness, and enjoys travel and gardening.

Now in his third year as a real estate agent, Hugo brings the same dedication to his clients that has defined his career in community service — and he holds a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation to serve clients with an international perspective.
