Jane Panchookian is operating under the respected Coldwell Banker marque. Jane represents both buyers and sellers specializing in single family homes, condominium's, and new construction site, selection and disposition, lake front properties and golf communities in Winter Park, Maitland, Orlando, Lake Nona, Isle Worth, Windermere, Aloqua lake, and other fine communities throughout central Florida. 

Jane Panchookian has been a resident of Florida for the past 30 years. She has a strong affiliation with the community, fundraising, community service, organizations throughout central Florida. Jane is the type of person who will always devote her time to spend with individuals to get the job done. She is  a multi-tasker with years of experience in real estate and property management. She ha s a rack record of 100% occupancy rate for 20 consecutive years.

Jane's wealth of life experiences as a seasoned international traveler has brought her full circle with many international organizations throughout the world. Jane has lived aboard and has traveled throughout the world with gives her the understanding and reasoning to provide information and implement decision making at her finger tips.

Jane's energy and passion for real estate has been  her focal spotlight since childhood. Raised with a real estate family, she was groomed as a child for the business arena and real estate come as a second nature in her life.
