Kasandra Byrd

Kasandra Byrd is a Florida native who brings a deep understanding of the state’s diverse markets along with a modern, client-focused approach to real estate. Having lived in South Florida, North Florida, and now Central Florida, she offers her clients a well-rounded perspective and local insight that goes far beyond the basics.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Florida, Kasandra built a strong foundation in branding, strategy, and negotiation—skills she now leverages to give her clients a distinct advantage whether buying or selling. Today, as a full-time REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, she is known for her attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to navigate transactions smoothly from start to finish.

She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, and she believes strongly in giving back. Through her partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Kasandra donates a portion of every closing to support their mission and the families they serve.
