Krista Perino

My background in education has shaped my approach to real estate in a meaningful way. I believe in being a client-focused realtor, taking the time to truly understand each client's personal goals, priorities, and vision for their next home. Whether someone is buying their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or relocating, I am committed to providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the entire process. 

Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent 15 years in education as an elementary school teacher working with students from Kindergarten through fifth grade. I also served as a reading coach, helping students build strong literacy skills and supporting teachers in creating effective learning environments. I hold a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, which strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and guiding educators toward achieving their goals. I also served as a district trainer for Orange County Public Schools. My career has been focused on helping others strive to become the best in their field, and this directly relates to helping others with their real estate dreams.

As a strong communicator and advocate for my clients, I strive to make every real estate transaction a smooth experience, so my clients are informed and have a rewarding result.  I proudly work with a wide range of clients seeking the perfect fit in residential real estate.
