Introduction and Bio

I have been a Central Florida resident since 2005 and held my real estate license since 2011. Starting my career within the technology world, I spent the early part of it in sales and marketing and customer care operations as well as working as a negotiator for restoring high profile multinational businesses during disaster recovery efforts. While always having a passion for Real Estate, and owning many investment properties, that background helped me work efficiently and quickly adapt to new environments or techniques. After working for a time as a mortgage broker, I became a Realtor, working with buyers and sellers of all aspects of residential property in the Central Florida counties of Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola and Volusia. Working with many active and former military personnel over the years led to me specializing in that type of buyer/seller, as well as with first-time buyers and seasoned investors with traditional sales, new construction and distressed property.

Todayrsquo;s market is complex and I understand that you need someone who is comfortable navigating and negotiating the intricacies of distressed property transactions and is familiar with the specialized negotiations involved with different price points and multiple-offer situations. Whether a buyer or seller, your transaction doesn't stop with an accepted offer. Be assured that I will manage the entire process through to a successful closing and I will always be there for you as a resource long after the transaction is complete, our relationship does not stop at closing. I have proven myself a capable manager and a strong negotiator. I love helping people negotiate a deal to assist in achieving their dream of home ownership.

I'm a disabled vet and Michael could not have been more accommodating. He is easy going, patient and took the time to get to know me. He picked me up every day at my rental and off we went to look at homes. Michael knew it wasn't easy for me to get around and that I had good days and bad, so he would preview the homes and only take me to the ones that met my criteria. I don't drive, so public transportation, within walking distance was very important. I have to make frequent visits to the VA Hospital.
