I have worked with many relocation clients to get them moved to Central Florida seamlessly, I also have worked with new construction, I built for many years and am well versed on the logistics of purchasing new home construction, I always recommend using a outside Real Estate agent when purchasing new construction, that way you are negotiating with the builder, not an agent that works for the builder, the builders have agents on site, I always recommend using a outside real estate agent. I can negotiate with the builder and get you the best deal. I know central Florida very well, there is not an area I have not sold a home over the last 12 years.  The lender is another important part of the purchase, I have great lenders to recommend to you as a buyer, I have dealt with the lenders for many years.  I have many other trades that can help make the sale of your home smooth, or the purchase of a new home smooth!!!
