Wendy Harrison - Rodriguez has an uncommon familiarity with the Central Florida Estate market. Being a native Floridian, she grew up in the Brandon/Tampa area and has resided in the Central FL area since December 1991. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Wendy had a career in the insurance industry where she was exposed to various lines of insurance, as well as managing a staff of employees and cultivating numerous business and personal relationships. In addition to her prior work experience, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Business from Barry University where she had become a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society.

She also has experience with commercial real estate. She has handled the sale of business buildings, office leases, and industrial properties. However, her passion is the residential market and her focus is on serving those past and future clients.
