Felixander Rua

I  began my professional career in the banking industry in 2001, building a strong foundation in finance and client service. In 2005, he transitioned into the mortgage industry, where he gained extensive knowledge of home financing and the home buying process.

In 2014, I took it to the next step in my real estate journey by becoming a licensed real estate associate with EXIT Realty. As his career progressed, he continued expanding his expertise while working with Century 21 before ultimately finding his home with Coldwell Banker Realty, where he continues to serve clients today.

With over two decades of experience connected to banking, mortgages, and real estate, Felixander brings valuable insight to every transaction. His true passion is representing both sellers and buyers and guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

Outside of real estate, I am a devoted family man. I have been married for nearly 28 years and am the proud father of an 18-year-old son. I also enjoy spending time with the family dog, Scooter.
