Joann Kinzel

Joann is a licensed Realtor, specializing in helping buyers, sellers and investors. She leverages six years of real estate experience to ensure smooth, successful transactions.

Before entering the Real Estate Business, Joann spent twenty-five years in the Health Care Industry with a focus on Business Management, Consulting, Finance and Marketing. Joann has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.  

She has built her Real Estate business on providing excellent customer service, dedication and transparency.

 Joann has been married for eighteen years and has three adult children. Originally from New York moved to Florida in 2003. Having raised her family in Seminole County, Joann offers invaluable inside knowledge on neighborhood growth and local school districts.

She enjoys time with her family, going to church, the gym, going on walks/runs and going on vacations.
