Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Miami Beach Agents Ranked Among Top in US by REAL Trends “The Thousand”
MIAMI BEACH, FL – The Jills®, Coldwell Banker’s No. 1 sales team worldwide, Jeri Jenkins, Esti Kodosh Team and William P.D. Pierce of the Miami Beach Lincoln Building office have been ranked among the top 1,000 real estate agents in the country, according to REAL Trends “The Thousand,” which was released today.
The Jills ranked #3 in team sales volume nationwide with $515.18 million in 2014 and is the #30 team in average sales price with $4.87 million per sale. Jeri Jenkins is ranked the #75 in team average sales price with $3.1 million per sale and the Esti Kadosh Team is ranked #229 in team average sales price with $1.64 million per sale. William P.D. Pierce was ranked #207 in individual average sales price with $4.45 million per sale.
