Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Brevard Agent, Garrett Bell, Ranked Among Top Agents in US by REAL Trends “The Thousand”
MELBOURNE, FL – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Garrett Bell has been ranked among the top 1,000 real estate agents in the country based on transaction sides, according to REAL Trends “The Thousand,” which was released today. Bell, an agent affiliated with the Melbourne office, was ranked #166 in the nation with 144 transaction sides.
“We are so proud of Garrett for his outstanding accomplishments and being named to this prestigious list. This is the top honor in our industry, and it shows an incredible level of success,” said Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida.
Coldwell Banker affiliated agents on the list earned 40% more sales volume than the agents of any other national real estate brand, with $8.8 billion in combined sales volume.
