Hughes Shelton Realtors closed $116.3 million in sales volume in 2017
TAMPA, FL (January 26, 2018) – The Hughes Shelton Realtors team wrapped up 2017 with their highest sales volume yet, closing 127 total transactions with $116.36 million in residential sales volume. The exceptional sales volume earned the team the number four spot among residential real estate teams and individuals across all brokerages in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Tampa Westshore office, the team also ranks as the number one large team for total sales volume in the company’s west central Florida region.
Hughes Shelton Realtors, comprised of team leads Mike Hughes, Jeff Shelton, Andrea Webb and a few agents, specialize in luxury home sales and have represented some of Tampa Bay’s highest-priced home closings. The team has closed more million-dollar properties in Hillsborough county than any other real estate team and has had the most buyer-controlled sales for homes priced over $1 million.
The team most notably sold the second highest-priced homes in both Hillsborough and Pinellas counties for 2017:
- Hillsborough county: 4942 Saint Croix Drive sold for $6.4 million, second to 4938 Saint Croix Drive which sold for $6.48 million;
- Pinellas county: 2707 Pass A Grille Way sold for $5.395 million, second to 802 Druid Road S which sold for $11.18 million.
