Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Sales Associates in Miami Beach Earn SRES Designation
MIAMI, FL (March 29, 2018) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Silvia Chudnovsky and Joyce Galbut, RN/MHSA, from Coldwell Banker’s Miami Beach Lincoln Building office, have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
Chudnovsky and Galbut have earned the esteemed designation from the SRES® Council, affiliated with the National Association of Realtors® Designation Family. The SRES course focuses on the influence of different life stages on real estate choices, the expansion of a network of resources and developing the necessary skills to specialize in the ‘50 and up’ market.
Chudnovsky, a licensed real estate agent for over 22 years, specializes in luxury waterfront homes, condominiums and pre-construction residential sales. She is a member of the Coldwell Banker’s prestigious International President’s Circle, the Master Brokers Forum and a Certified International Property Specialist.
As a former Chief Nursing Officer, Galbut understands the needs and expectations of the elder generations. She has teamed up with Chudnovsky to provide the highest level of support and real estate services to seniors going through the essential transition and downsizing process.
