Art Rodriguez Honored Among NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents For 2017
WESTON, FL (June 22, 2017) — Art Rodriguez has been honored by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) with the Top 250 Latino Agents Award for 2017.
NAHREP ranked Rodriguez No. 237 in the Top 250 award level for transaction sides. Rodriguez also ranked among the top 100 individuals by volume, earning the No. 64 spot and the No. 36 ranking of individuals in the South. Rodriguez is affiliated with the company’s Weston office.
Each year, NAHREP recognizes the United States’ leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers who have closed an exceptional number of transactions, thus increasing the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country.

According to NAHREP, “These agents represent a combined total of 25,945 units in closed transaction sides from January 2016 through December 2016 and over $6.07 billion in total aggregate volume.”
