Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Announces Top Sales Associates in Southwest Florida for 2014
SARASOTA, FL – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the leading residential brokerage in Florida, announced its top sales associates in Southwest Florida today. Roger Pettingell of the Longboat Key office, who was named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker sales associate in Florida, was named to the prestigious Society of Excellence, the highest award level for sales associates of Coldwell Banker NRT.
Three were named to the Legends Society, which honors Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s top producers: the Barbara Ackerman Group and Judy Kepecz-Hays of Longboat Key and the Joe Murphy Team of East Manatee.
Seven sales associates were recognized with the International President’s Premier Award for outstanding sales production: Gabe Buky, Lynne Koy and Bruce Myer of Longboat Key; Jerry Cercone of Manatee; and Tammy Garner, Gary Hoskins and Jo Ellyn Yturraspe, all of Sarasota Downtown.
