Efrain Reyes Honored Among NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents For 2017
ORLANDO, FL (June 22, 2017) — Efrain Reyes has been honored by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) with the Top 250 Latino Agents Award for 2017.
NAHREP ranked Reyes No. 208 in the Top 250 award level for transaction sides. Reyes also ranked among the top 50 individuals in the South, earning the No. 30 spot. Reyes is affiliated with the company’s Southwest Orlando office.
Each year, NAHREP recognizes the United States’ leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers who have closed an exceptional number of transactions, thus increasing the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country.

The 2017 Top 250 Latino Agents Award recognizes recipients in several categories, including highest transaction sides and sales volume in the nation, top individual agents, Millennial agents, and geographic regions including the South, Northeast, West, Midwest, California, and Texas.
According to NAHREP, “These agents represent a combined total of 25,945 units in closed transaction sides from January 2016 through December 2016 and over $6.07 billion in total aggregate volume.”
Reyes was previously recognized with the International Sterling Society Team Award for exceptional sales performance. Prior to his career in real estate, Reyes earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and worked in various leadership roles before transitioning to real estate.
