Maggie Abreu Honored Among NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents For 2017
NAPLES, FL (June 22, 2017) — Maggie Abreu has been honored by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) with the Top 250 Latino Agents Award for 2017.
NAHREP ranked Abreu No. 60 in the Top 250 award level for transaction sides. Abreu also ranked among the top millennial agents, earning the No. 7 spot. Abreu is affiliated with the company’s Naples Park Shore office.
Each year, NAHREP recognizes the United States’ leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers who have closed an exceptional number of transactions, thus increasing the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country.

The 2017 Top 250 Latino Agents Award recognizes recipients in several categories, including highest transaction sides and sales volume in the nation, top individual agents, Millennial agents, and geographic regions including the South, Northeast, West, Midwest, California, and Texas.
According to NAHREP, “These agents represent a combined total of 25,945 units in closed transaction sides from January 2016 through December 2016 and over $6.07 billion in total aggregate volume.”
Abreu was named the Coldwell Banker 2014 Florida Rookie of the Year for her quick success in real estate sales. That same year, she was also recognized with the International Diamond Society Award.
