Night Shines on Winter Park Real Estate - Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Mick Night Surpasses Half Billion In Residential Real Estate Sales
ORLANDO (April 25, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Mick Night of the company’s Winter Park office, recently surpassed the half-billion mark in career residential real estate sales volume. Night & Pinel Co., the team Night shares with agent John Pinel, was just ranked as the No. 6 Coldwell Banker team in North America among teams with three or fewer team members, and named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Team in East Central Florida.
Night is one of the most successful real estate agents in Central Florida with a long list of accomplishments:
- In 2015, Night & Pinel Co. closed 78 transaction sides with a total sales volume of $87.48 million1.
- Since 2001, Night has completed 531 transaction sides and $551 million in total sales volume – both are more than any other agent in Winter Park during this time period2.

This past December, Night’s 17-year-old son, John Michael, suffered a severe stroke and had to be transferred to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta for continued treatment. In support of John Michael’s recovery, he travels to Atlanta each weekend to spend time with his son. He prays that with his son’s full recovery, John Michael can live out the family dream, which is for him to study law at Mercer University and work alongside his father
While helping his son recover, Night’s business continues to surge forward. Already in 2015, Night & Pinel Co. have sold several listings and signed another $40 million in new properties. The team specializes in luxury properties, lakefront estate and new construction in Winter Park, Maitland and the surrounding Orlando markets.
